Catalant’s Practice Community hosts a mix of events—happy hours, town halls, networking sessions, webinars, and in-person forums—designed to help consultants connect with the Catalant team and spark collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the Practice Community. Frequently Asked Questions
Practice communities are invite-only to ensure they are comprised of the highest quality consultants. While we aspire to grow the size of our communities over time, we will start off with relatively smaller communities to ensure an enhanced experience for each Practice Community consultant.
Yes, we’re always looking for great consultants, so we’d love your recommendations. Please refer them to the Practice Community at practicecommunity@gocatalant.com
At a high level, here’s what we’re offering, with more services coming:
Expanded Client Exposure Opportunities: As part of the Practice Community, your profile will be considered additionally vetted for staffing opportunities (with no guarantees that you will be staffed on a project because there are often many considerations such as geography, willingness to work onsite, type of experience, etc.)
Event Invitations: You will receive invitations to local events in your area with other consultants and clients, invitations to Catalant consultant community events at our Boston home office, and invitations when appropriate to sponsored events that Catalant may participate in.
Community Access: You will be added to a Slack community of top fellow Practice consultants on the Catalant network where you’ll connect 1×1 with peers, and get exclusive communications and updates.
Ability to join Centers of Excellence and Practices: When available in your area of expertise, select Practice Community members are invited to join Centers of Excellence in functional areas and Practices in industries.
Catalant Town Hall Access: Opportunity to join Catalant’s CEO & Co-Founder, executive team, and Practice Community leadership to learn about Catalant’s strategy and roadmap, ask questions, and provide feedback.
