There are three primary ways you can use our Slide Deck Support:
Polishing Slides – Improve on slides already created
Building Slides – Create slides from notes or other sources
Designing Slides – Turn data or ideas into graphics
It’s free! We provide this service on any projects sourced through Catalant.
We aim to return deliverables within 2-3 business days of your request. Often, we’re able to move even more quickly but timelines can depend on the scope of your request. Pro tip: The more detail you provide in your request and the clearer your instructions are, the faster the turn around will be since it’ll be less likely we’ll need to ask clarifying questions or you’ll need to request revisions.
We provide support on decks, infographics, and reports. We can work from your existing templates, or use one of ours. Materials are delivered in PowerPoint format unless specifically requested otherwise.
Through the Catalant platform! Once you are logged in, Go to “Products & Services” , then navigate to Slide Deck Support, then hit Create Request. Choose the Catalant project your request is tied to, fill in the details, and click submit.
A copy of your request details will be sent to your email and to the team, who will review the request and reply back to you over email confirming receipt and providing an estimated delivery time. If anything needs further clarification, they will ask at the time before getting to work.
Yes. Just reply back to the email thread with the additional details or changes.
Yes. Once you receive your draft deliverable, you can review and reply back with any edits or revisions you have. Please note, that while we do not enforce a strict limit to revisions, the team will exercise judgment on a reasonable number of revisions.
