Andrew Karpie is an independent industry analyst and consultant focused on technology and innovation in the contingent talent industry. A recognized expert on the emergence and development of B2B marketplaces and other platforms in the space, Andrew has spent the past 10 years working as a research analyst at Staffing Industry Analysts and Spend Matters, and has published several hundred research briefs, articles and blog posts. Prior to that, Andrew was a business strategy and product management executive in various software and information services companies. He holds an MS in Policy Analysis/Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and he resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Vinda Souza is the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Catalant, where she manages branding, corporate messaging, thought leadership strategy, analyst and media relations, demand generation, customer marketing, and product marketing. An experienced communications, content, and industry marketing leader with a passion for helping companies evolve their narratives, Souza combines a keen understanding of public perception and optics with strategic and in-depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities customers face. She serves on the Leadership Board of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and on the Board of Directors of Seeding Labs.
