Roeland joins Catalant with a truly unique background. He has been a leader at McKinsey, an independent consultant on the Catalant platform, and most recently was the Chief Transformation Officer at DuPont, where he led a major 3-year transformation and leveraged non-traditional consulting services, delivering better and faster solutions while also realizing major savings for the company.
