Scope included partnering with the corporate Data Analytics Team and serving as Data Translator for group. Post implementation promoted to lead a revenue generating, global, partially virtual team of seven managers and direct a portfolio worth over $22 billion. Hired to build the firm’s first ever organizational change management offering to help anchor client’s business and IT implementations for maximum benefit realization.
