With nearly 25 years of experience, Matt has held operational and leadership roles across HR, engineering/operations, strategy, and consulting functions in firms from $40M (local) to $70B (global) in revenue. His leadership experience crosses management consulting, automotive/ manufacturing, financial services, pharma, and higher education.

As Chief Human Resources Officer at Quality Metalcraft and before that the CHRO at NH Learning Solutions Corporation, Matt has held positions with full P&L responsibility and accountability for HR, Talent, Labor Relations, and Environment/ Health/ Safety functions.
A long-time member of WorldatWork and SHRM, Matt has presented to NASPP, MOCA, and the American Society of Employers on HR topics. He has guest lectured on strategic performance measurement at the University of Michigan Business School.
