About Me
Katherine Feeney has more than 10 years of management consulting experience across a range of industries and capabilities, with specific expertise in conducting commercial due diligence and evaluating investments. Over the course of her career, Katherine has conducted buy-side diligence on more than 40 deals. In her capacity as an independent consultant, she has worked with a number of private equity funds ranging from $50M to $50B AUM as well as corporate acquirers.
Concurrent to founding Beckett Square, Katherine was instrumental in the launch of Lock 8 Partners, a lower-middle-market SaaS-focused fund, where she stood up fund operations and led Lock 8’s first two investments. Katherine was previously with Bain & Company, where her projects included strategy, operating model design, post-merger integration, and capital and cash management, among others. She has extensive experience in Bain’s private equity group as both a Consultant and Manager.
Katherine has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
