As Senior Manager in Talent & Organization, Andrea established, developed and led Accenture’s global offering for Digital Talent & Organization, supporting clients in accelerating Digital Transformation. She led the set up and launch of Accenture’s Internet of Things (IoT) innovation centre in Singapore in 2015 where she regularly ran innovation sessions with C-level clients. She led the Talent & Organisation practice in Singapore, and has served clients across Asia, Australia and globally. Prior to transferring to Singapore in 2012, Andrea worked for Accenture in London where she served clients across Europe and the Americas.

Andrea Schnepf is the Managing Director at nepf LLC. We are a boutique consulting firm and help large and mid-size companies make organization change happen and partner with Transformation Leaders to achieve accelerated business results from Business and Digital investments.
Andrea started her management consulting career with Accenture in London (UK) in the Talent and Organization practice, and subsequently worked with some of the world’s largest organizations globally.
Her global Consulting experience prior to moving to the United States includes over ten years in Europe and more than five years in Asia. Her engagements advising C-suite clients to overcome the challenges of leading people change in digital and business transformation gave her unique insights into the challenges large companies face, which led her to set up nepf, LLC.
Andrea is now based in Los Angeles, CA and leads nepf, LLC to help companies transform to thrive in a Digital World.
